The Carmel Mission Foundation hosts a variety of events throughout the year to bring the community together, generate awareness of our objectives, and raise funds for the historical restoration needs of the Carmel Mission property. These events provide the perfect opportunity to meet other community members, learn about the history of the Mission and Carmel, and support our restoration needs in restoring this National Historic Landmark.

Carmel Mission Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. It is legally and organizationally separate and distinct from Carmel Mission Basilica and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Monterey. Carmel Mission Foundation is not a Catholic entity and has no authority over the Mission's operations, clergy, liturgy, or property. Camel Mission Foundation's sole purpose is to raise funds in support of the restoration, preservation and conservation of Carmel Mission Basilica.
